- To answer enquiries and process, personalise and fulfil orders.
- To communicate payment, production, collection or delivery updates.
- To send stock alerts, deals or promotional WhatsApp messages only where you have opted in.

Account-access cookie
When you sign in, the website stores a secure account-session cookie on your device for up to 30 days. It is used only to confirm your DAB account access and does not subscribe you to marketing. You can end the session from the My DAB page.
WhatsApp marketing consent
Marketing consent is optional and is separate from order communication. You may withdraw it at any time by messaging DAB Jerseys Mauritius or emailing us. Once an objection or withdrawal is recorded, your number will no longer be used for direct marketing.
Who may process the information?
Access is restricted to authorised DAB/ICONiCO personnel and service providers needed to host the website, maintain its records or provide WhatsApp communications. We do not sell customer information. Where a provider processes information outside Mauritius, DAB will use it only for the stated service and subject to appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Member-profile and marketing-consent data is retained while the profile is active and reviewed after two years without customer interaction. Information may be kept longer where required for transaction records, dispute handling or another legal obligation. Data that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion of your personal information, or object to direct marketing. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Mauritius Data Protection Commissioner. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
